Before product design, I built a business from scratch. Essavie was a DTC jewelry brand I founded, operated, and closed on my own terms after 18 months, 300+ orders, and a profitable exit. I ran A/B tests with real budget, analyzed funnels in GA4 and Hotjar, and redesigned the checkout end to end. Design was never abstract for me. Every change had a cost and a return.
